MY APPROACH
My passion lies with helping others live their healthiest life through addressing the body and mind naturally as a whole. I focus on plant-based nutrition and Science-based research, I follow the data, not headlines! My goal is to help you gain long-term success with your health goals and create life-long habits by guiding and educating. I don’t do crash diets or dieting in general. With plant-based eating, there is NO counting calories! I focus on small progressive lifestyle and dietary changes to help change last a lifetime. I put a heavy emphasis on education, I believe we all need to know our why to truly make lasting change. I also focus on creating daily accountability to motivate and encourage. I believe that mental health is Just as important as the health of the body itself. I put as much as an emphasis on having a healthy mind and healthy thoughts as I do with nutrition and exercise. Our mind and our thoughts create our actions, our actions create our habits, and our habits create our reality. True health is a wonderful balance of mind, body, and soul. Along with nutritional and lifestyle guidance, one of my greatest desires is to offer you the support and encouragement you need. I will be there with you every step of the way to listen, problem solve, encourage, motivate, or just be a friendly ear in your times of struggle or success. We will do this, as a team, together.
